ACERS-ED - Helping You Find Technology Workers
Looking for a solution to hiring, consider foreign students in the United States on an F1 VISA. These workers do not need traditional H1B sponsorship.
About Us
ACERS-ED exists to help you find skilled technology workers that can fill short or long term job needs. ACERS-ED works in conjunction with F1 VISA programs that bring the students to the United States for schooling. The F1 VISA, also known as the Student Exchange VISA Program (SEVP), allows students to work without needing an H1B sponsored VISA. The students are learning while working.
Most of these students hold an undergraduate degree before entering the U.S.. They are skilled in a variety of fields in technology. The students are working on a Masters degree.
The founder of ACERS is Dr. Rick Livingood, PhD. Dr. Livingood has been working with international students for nearly 10 years. In conjunction with the ACERS program, he teaches for several universities that provide F1 student academic degrees. He has a heart for the students and wants to support their efforts at being employed in the U.S., while working on their degree.
The ACERS team is committed to instilling in the students a desire to be excellent in academic and work. As a part of the ACERS-ED effort, we monitor each student related to their work with you, there participation in the degree program they are in, and provides support to the student through on-going training.
